QuickBooks Carbon Accounting

QuickBooks Integration

To speed up your emissions accounting we offer a direct integration with the most commonly used accounting software for small businesses: QuickBooks.

The Aclymate software programmatically looks for transactions that might have resulted in an emission, and assigns a nominal value to it. The software looks for vendor names that we know related to fuel purchases, travel, rental car companies, and more. Note: Aclymate does also offer a CSV upload option for those not using QuickBooks online- this feature can be accessed by clicking the 'Upload Multiple Emissions' button on the main Dashboard page. To connect QuickBooks, first navigate to the main Dashboard page and click on your initials in the upper right hand corner to open the dropdown menu:

Click on the green 'Connect to QuickBooks' button to launch the login window:

From here, simply log into your QuickBooks Online account as you normally would. You'll notice after logging in that your QuickBooks account will begin to sync with Aclymate. This sync process will run once a week so you're always up to date.
