To gather accurate emissions information for each employee Aclymate has the ability to send a discreet survey to an employee roster as provided by the customer. The survey takes approximately 3-5 minutes to complete. Employee information is stored securely on the back-end and only the employee name, email address, and vehicle information is presented on the front-end which is available only to the Administrator(s) of the account. Below is a step-by-step of the employee survey process.
The following email will be sent to every employee who has been added to the master email list.
This page presents as soon as the link in the email is clicked. Here the employee will click the ‘Let’s get started’ button to begin the survey
2: Basic Information Page
This first page gathers basic information such as name, email, home address, and the date that the employee started working at the company.
Employees can enter multiple vehicles through this same workflow that will be used in a later step to illustrate their commuting schedule details
Here employees will have the opportunity to select multiple office locations if applicable
If an employee works remotely they will be prompted to answer questions about their home office space. Employees will also be asked to provide information pertaining to the use of ‘other’ office spaces such as coffee shops or co-working facilities.
In this first screen, the employee will interact with the slider on the table on the right side of the screen to provide information about how many days per week they work total.
In this screen employees provide more information about how many days a week they are commuting to each office they specified they work in. The slider can be adjusted to reflect their commuting schedules accurately.
Here, employees can add the vehicles they commute into the various office spaces they’ve specified. There are alternate transportation options as well if an employee is using mass transit, walking, cycling, etc.
The employee will be asked if they have worked this schedule since they began working with the company. If they select ‘Yes’ the survey is complete, and the employee may close the window. If they answer ‘No’ They will be asked the series of questions above again to build an accurate understanding of what the previous commute schedule(s) was.
If an employee does not fill out the survey as requested Aclymate will use commuting averages based on government data.
